Delete your ATP One account

ATP One is the staff app of All Things Physio (Tejdurg Physiotherapy OPC Private Limited). To delete your account and the data linked to it:

  1. Email contact@allthingsphysio.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "ATP One account deletion request". You can also start this from the app: More → Delete my account.
  2. We confirm it is you, and delete your account within 30 days. You will receive an email when it is done.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, your notification tokens, and the location points recorded with your check-ins.

What is kept, and for how long

Attendance and leave records that employment and tax laws require us to keep are kept for that period only, and then deleted. See the ATP One App Privacy Policy.
