ATP One App Privacy Policy

Tejdurg Physiotherapy OPC Private Limited ("All Things Physio"), First Floor, Chinar Heights, Lane 5, Prabhat Road, Opposite Irani Cafe, Pune, Maharashtra 411004, India, is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The app and its server are provided by SpatioWorld Technologies Private Limited (SpatioCare), which processes the data on our behalf and only on our instructions.

Only people the clinic has added to its team. There is no public sign-up: accounts are created by the clinic.

• Precise location, only when you tap Check in or Check out. Used to record which branch you checked in at and how far away you were. It is never collected at any other time, and never in the background. The app asks for permission first and explains why; you can refuse, and your clinic can still record your attendance.
• Attendance: check-in and check-out times, and corrections made by the clinic.
• Leave: requests, dates, type, reason, and the clinic's decision.
• Account: your name, email address, role and the clinic you work at.
• Notifications: a device token so the app can tell you about leave decisions, notices, new bookings and duty changes.
• Work information you see: the appointments, patient names and contact details you need for your work are shown to you from the clinic's system. The app does not keep them after you sign out.

The app does not collect contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, and contains no advertising or third-party tracking.

Your clinic's administrators see your attendance (including the recorded check-in position on a map), leave and working hours. Other team members do not see your location. We do not sell or share this data with anyone else, except service providers that run the app (SpatioWorld Technologies for the server; Google Firebase for delivering notifications) or where the law requires.

All data travels over encrypted connections. Your sign-in is stored in the phone's secure storage. Attendance and leave records are kept for as long as you work with us and afterwards for as long as employment and tax laws require, then deleted.

You can ask for a summary of your data, correct it, withdraw consent, or ask for your account to be deleted. You can turn off location for the app at any time in your phone's settings.

To delete your account: in the app, More → Delete my account, or follow the steps at allthingsphysio.com/account-deletion, or email contact@allthingsphysio.com. Records the law requires us to keep (for example payroll attendance) are kept for that period and then deleted.
